Episode 5

I finally recorded my show again. If you've been paying attention you would know Lost In A Black Hole is only an hour long starting with this episode.

That's because I'm using my second hour to play hardcore related music on a show I call "I Told U I Was Hardcore". Check out that podcast if you like core related music.

The stream cuts out when I am talking at one point. Basically I mention that Electric Horsemen is playing a music festival at the talking head club in august called the Filth City Fest.

The playlist for the show was as follows:

1. Devin Townsend - Earth Day
2. Mastodon - The Last Baron
3. Emperor - With Strength I Burn
4. The Beatles - Helter Skelter
5. Lykathea Aflame - Land Where Sympathy Is Air
6. Electric Horsemen - Brush Town
7. Mythic - Lament Configuration
8. Doomtree - Knives On Fire

19. Rhapsody - Holy Thunderforce
20. Method Man - Bring The Pain

I brought back a few things from last season that had been missing so far in this one. One being comedy breaks from serious music and the other being ending my show with a hip hop track.

Episode 1

This was the last episode from my show last season. It marked the episode that my show switched formats from intense metal/hardcore to more chilled out metal and other down-tempo music. Last season I only had a one hour time slot, it is now 2 hours.

The playlist was:

1. Swallow The Sun - Hope
2. Agalloch - Not Unlike The Waves
3. Electric Horsemen - Iron Sharpens Iron
4. Opeth - The Night and the Silent Water
5. Virgin Black - In Death
6. The Doors - The End
Extra Song. Russian Circles - Death Rides a Horse

One error I made was that I accidentally said I saw StS in 2006, it was actually 2007, I sometimes get my years messed up. The one thing I was still right about though is that it was their first time on US soil.

Please check out Electric Horsemen, they are a great new band from Lancaster, PA.
