I finally recorded my show again. If you've been paying attention you would know Lost In A Black Hole is only an hour long starting with this episode.

That's because I'm using my second hour to play hardcore related music on a show I call "I Told U I Was Hardcore". Check out that podcast if you like core related music.

The stream cuts out when I am talking at one point. Basically I mention that Electric Horsemen is playing a music festival at the talking head club in august called the Filth City Fest.

The playlist for the show was as follows:

1. Devin Townsend - Earth Day
2. Mastodon - The Last Baron
3. Emperor - With Strength I Burn
4. The Beatles - Helter Skelter
5. Lykathea Aflame - Land Where Sympathy Is Air
6. Electric Horsemen - Brush Town
7. Mythic - Lament Configuration
8. Doomtree - Knives On Fire

This was my little april fools joke. I play all 80s pop and hair during my show this week.

Check out the podcast for some goofy music and some jokes.

This weeks episode featured long songs and tons of doom. No for real, I played 9 songs in an hour and a half. So I guess what I am saying is that this episode is not for those of you who suffer from ADD. Anyway the playlist for this was:

1. Diabolical Masquerade - Haunted By Horror
2. Unholy - After God
3. Electric Wizard - Doom - Mantra
4. My Dying Bride - The Cry of Mankind
5. Sigur Ros - Flugufrelsarinn
6. Sun Ra - Where Pathways Meet
7. Commercial Break
8. Les Claypool's Frog Brigade - Sheep
9. Opeth - Hessian Peel
10. Death - Spirit Crusher
11. The Human Abstract - Vela, Together We Await The Storm
12. Raintime - Moot-Lie
13. The Who - Baba O'Riley
14. Can - Paperhouse
15. Faust - Giggy Smile
16. Swallow the Sun - Psychopath's Lair
17. Necro - Insaneology

If you enjoy my show let your friends know. I hate doing self promotion so if other people can spread the word for me I'll feel like not so much of a douche.

The first recorded episode of season 2 of Lost In A Black Hole. I play music ranging from metal to jazz and some in between. The playlist for the episode was.

1. Isis - So Did We
2. Neurosis - Eye
3. Evoken - In Pestilence, Burning
4. Tera Melos - Melody 2
5. Arti E Mestieri - Strips

17. Queens of the Stone Age - Feel Good Hit Of The Summer
18. Between the Buried and Me - Sun of Nothing
19. Rhapsody - Holy Thunderforce
20. Method Man - Bring The Pain

I brought back a few things from last season that had been missing so far in this one. One being comedy breaks from serious music and the other being ending my show with a hip hop track.

This was the last episode from my show last season. It marked the episode that my show switched formats from intense metal/hardcore to more chilled out metal and other down-tempo music. Last season I only had a one hour time slot, it is now 2 hours.

The playlist was:

1. Swallow The Sun - Hope
2. Agalloch - Not Unlike The Waves
3. Electric Horsemen - Iron Sharpens Iron
4. Opeth - The Night and the Silent Water
5. Virgin Black - In Death
6. The Doors - The End
Extra Song. Russian Circles - Death Rides a Horse

One error I made was that I accidentally said I saw StS in 2006, it was actually 2007, I sometimes get my years messed up. The one thing I was still right about though is that it was their first time on US soil.

Please check out Electric Horsemen, they are a great new band from Lancaster, PA.
